Bummer With An S

This is a representation of my feelings about hot summer days, which I only found because I had to do a lot of walking after work while still wearing my work clothes. In a more pithy statement: it's not fun. I guess this is also an allusion to the idea that Ruby Gloom is a nighttime girl (which aside from the girl part, I think I could fit that description as well), and seeing a sunny day outside for her is like seeing a rainy downpour for us.

I am very proud of this piece, I think it's probably the best I've churned out....I know it beats the previous Ruby picture, anyway. The only thing I really messed up on are her eyelashes, but I choose not to complain this time!
